Refund & Returns Policy

All t.mpo studio products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at store@tmpo.pt with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you.

EU consumers
Under EU law, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. As all our products are made to order, this exemption applies.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
